Perfect Christmas Cottage! What a wonderful break! We arrived late (ish) on the Sat and it was raining and miserable but when we entered the cottage it was wonderful. the warm lights and the lit up Christmas tree and the fabulous back ground Christmas choir playing on the docking station just made us feel right at home. I unfortunately aggravated an injury and so on the third night decided i couldn't use the stairs and so we decided to sleep in the ground floor twin room, the garden and the hot tub were fabulous.

This is a beautiful cottage in a stunning location. It has all the home comforts and the garden is wonderful. Due to the style of the cottage, the stairs are a bit of a challenge at first but you get used to them very quickly! It all adds to the character of the cottage. We would love to visit again and have already recommended Joll's to family and friends. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

Wonderful cottage in a lovely quiet area. Perfect for day trips to Lincoln or the coast although why would you leave the wonderful garden and hot tub :)

Didn't want to come back home. Great location for dogs, fantastic amenities at Joll's cottage. Hot tub to relax in was amazing. Comfy beds and cosy rooms. Would definitely recommend to others and would come back in a heart beat.

Fantastic, quirky but luxurious , quality, character cottage in the lovely Lincolnshire Wolds. The owners are very helpful and decorated the cottage beautifully for our cosy Christmas stay. Recommend them highly. The nearby town of Horncastle is delightful, and has a supermarket to cater for all needs
