Getting there:

Take A158 out of Horncastle heading for Skegness. After approx half a mile take first left signed for Tetford. Follow for approx 1 mile take first paved road right (on rise of hill where the road bends left) watch this turn as cars can be hidden. Take single track road for approx 0.5 mile into Greetham village at T junction with duck pond opposite go straight on/left and then sharp right down Jolls Lane (signed) go downhill for approx 300 metres cottage is second of four cottages on left hand signed. No 3 on green door.
